If you exceed the maximum number of Guests allowed, you will be asked to rent another room or suite for proper accommodations or vacate the premises.

As the suites will not be cleaned during the stay, it is not expected that housekeeping will need to access the suites. However, if needed, housekeeping reserves the right to enter the suites for safety or other reasonable purposes, such as an emergency, housekeeping, maintenance, verify that the room, its furnishings, and mechanical equipment are intact, or to address or prevent a violation of these terms and conditions. We will notify the Guest or knock first. In the event of suspected illegal activity, we reserve the right to summon law enforcement to aid in eviction. The right to privacy ends when these terms and conditions are violated.  Law enforcement will be granted immediate access to the building, suites, and rooms of evicted Guests.

HOUSEKEEPING/ROOM INSPECTION

We reserve the right to inspect the room if needed. Housekeeping and cleaning is provided upon checkout. At that time the suite will be cleaned and inspected. A detailed log is maintained on each suite or room and linen.  Suites and rooms are rented to Guests in appropriate condition without any prohibited odor.  Housekeeping and staff are trained and skilled in identifying the odors from prohibited items.  If our investigation concludes that you have created damages, smoked in your room, or brought a prohibited item into our facility, you will be fined, and/or evicted without any refund.

ADA/HANDICAPPED ROOMS

One Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant Guest room is available and should be reserved in advance.

GUEST REGISTRATION

We require valid contact information from the Guest making the reservations including first and last name, address, email, phone number, and signature.  Guests making the reservation must be 18 years and older.  The names of all Guests occupying the room must be registered. Information regarding your license plate/car description is also gathered at check-in for security.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Seven days before your stay begins, an authorization hold for the security deposit amount will be placed on your payment method. You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. For example, if you’re paying with a credit card with a total credit limit of $5,000, and there's a security deposit of $500, your credit card limit would then be $4,500 until the hold is released.

As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the $500 hold placed on your card 14 days after your checkout, or before the next Guest checks in. Your bank may take 3-12 business days to process the release of funds. If it turns out we can’t authorize the hold for the security deposit amount, you’ll be notified by email and will have 24 hours to try another payment method. If that doesn’t work out, your reservation may be cancelled without refund.

Try to make sure your payment method has enough money available to cover the security deposit. (If you’re not able to do that, Airbnb is not responsible for any associated fees, including overdraft fees.)

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The total cost of the reservation must be paid at booking. Please make sure to receive a reservation confirmation number when you make a reservation.

If guests cancel up to 30 days before check-in, they can get a full refund. After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund on the nightly rate for all nights. After that, no refund will be given. Guests can also get a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking as long as the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

In order to cancel a reservation a cancellation confirmation must be received, contact management via phone with any additional questions. Email cancellations are not valid.

Credit will not be given for any unused or cancelled reservation and the amount paid by you for such reservation cannot be used toward any other/future reservation.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT FOR GUESTS BY PRIVATE THIRD PARTIES

Generally, third party payment is not permitted.  In the case of paying for a family member if you will not be physically present, we require prior completion and approval of a Credit Card Authorization form including a copy of your driver’s license and the front and back of your signed credit card.  You will be responsible for any and all damages and loss.  We reserve the right to refuse reservation at any time for any reason.
